Privacy notice

Contact details of your sponsor and invited participants, the process description you provide, and — during the session — voice audio, its text transcript, and the process map built from it. If you use the optional Ask assistant on this site, we process the questions you type and the replies shown (and, only if you choose Contact, the details you submit there). No marketing lists, no cross-site tracking, no advertising. This site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregated visit counts (pages viewed, referrers) — cookieless, with no per-visitor profile. The Ask assistant may use a short-lived session identifier in session storage to keep one browse session's conversation coherent; it is not a marketing ID and is not used to track you across visits or sites.

Solely to prepare, run and report on your Round Table session (performance of contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and — for Ask / Contact on this site — to answer your inquiry (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), or Art. 6(1)(b) when you request a reply). We never use your data to train models, and we never share or sell it.

In a dedicated, single-tenant environment in Stockholm (eu-north-1) — or, if you chose on-premises, inside your own infrastructure. No transfers outside the EU/EEA.

Audio recordings are deleted 1 week after transcription. Transcripts and session data are deleted no later than 6 months after your session, and within 2 weeks of your written request at any time. Booking data for sessions that do not take place is deleted within 90 days. Optional Ask assistant exchanges in the browser last for the browsing session unless you clear site data; if we retain server-side assistant logs for quality review, they are erased within 30 days and are never used for marketing.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR Ch. III. Requests go to privacy@norse-ai.com and are answered within 30 days. Supervisory authority: IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), Sweden.
